“Don’t forget to take a breath”
I normally don’t do posts like this, but lately I’ve been in this horrible funk. I just need to talk to somebody, and I honestly feel so alone right. I don’t understand and I feel ashamed that I’m not happy with myself. It’s not that I have a big self-issue image. I do have a small one, but I think all girls can say the same. I’ve been stressed out lately, and I don’t know what to do. It’s like all of these negative emotions are hitting me at once, and I can’t decipher everything. I’ve always had the support of my mother, but I don’t like for her to worry too much about all of my problems when I know she has a host of her own problems. I feel like I’m lost, and I don’t know what to do.
